RUSSELL
Father's been going crazy.

SUSAN
Now he knows how I've felt all these years.

RUSSELL
Do you know how much I missed you?

SUSAN
I missed you, too, Russ.

RUSSELL
When you left I not only lost my sister, I lost my best friend.

SUSAN
We're still best friends. It's just a long distance relationship now.

RUSSELL
Ours is the only relationship I've ever been able to maintain, and you broke us up.

SUSAN
What was I going to do?

RUSSELL
You could've let it go.

SUSAN
No I couldn't have, because then I wouldn't be me.

RUSSELL
You always were the tough one. That's why father wanted you to take over the business.

SUSAN
I disappointed him.

RUSSELL
Not as much as I did. He would never entrust his beloved LeClair Industries to...me. I broke his heart. Now I don't feel so bad, because so did you.

SUSAN
Well, he disappointed me, too.

RUSSELL
That's the past, Susan. We have to forget the past.

SUSAN
Can't. It effects the present.

RUSSELL
So what's next?

SUSAN
Can't tell you the ending, that would ruin the surprise.

RUSSELL
Like you, I hate surprises.

SUSAN
All I can say is, I'm going to fix what was broken so many years ago.
(Susan smiles and plants a kiss on Russell's cheek.)

SUSAN
You never saw me. Deal?

RUSSELL
Deal. But when you speak to father, tell him I'm the one who found you.

SUSAN
You'll get all the credit.

RUSSELL
That I'd like to see.
